This 5 part program will review the important processes unique to HUD subsidized properties that new managers need to understand to be able to perform their job duties.

  • Session 1 - March 15 ~ HUD 101: So What Do All Those Housing Regulations Mean
  • Session 2 - March 22 ~ Fair Housing: Because It's The Law
  • Session 3 - March 29 ~ Secure Systems: A Focus on EIV and TRACS
  • Session 4 - April 12 ~ Occupancy: Tune Up Day-to-Day Operations
  • Session 5 - April 19 ~ Financial Compliance Overview

Each Program will focus on an essential component of HUD's regulatory environment and demonstrate how this knowledge will benefit the new manager in preforming day to day operations successfully.
