DESCRIPTION
With the revision of the Long-Term Care Rules, F-Tag 726 requires nursing home providers to ensure that licensed nurses have specific competencies necessary to care for residents’ needs which begins with completing an accurate assessment. This live webinar will review the nursing assessment points related to medical, physical, social aspects, and mind/emotional dimensions for the geriatric population. Additionally, we will provide tools and case scenarios to aide in competencies that are necessary to meet resident needs.
