DESCRIPTION
This 6-week, 6 session webinar series provides MDS section-by-section coding guidance under PDPM and insights for optimal data collection, supportive documentation, and consistent coding accuracy. Live sessions are completed weekly over 6 weeks and review key MDS sections under PDPM. Recordings are provided with full-series purchase for ongoing on-demand access for new hire orientation and as a staff development resource. Reduce the learning curve for clinical reimbursement staff and drive PDPM coding accuracy and compliance with this MDS series taught by Proactive’s expert instructors.

To receive continuing education credit you must be a registered participant, provide a unique email address during the online registration process and log in via GoToWebinar for each live session.

MDS/RAI Coordinator, Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers/Staff & Leaders, QA Director + as relevant for specific topics: Social Services, Dietary, Staff Development Coordinator, Therapy


CONTINUING EDUCATION
NHA:
Proactive Medical Review will apply to NAB/NCERS for continuing education credit for nursing home administrators. Proactive Medical Review will submit nursing home administrator credit to NAB/NCERS for NHAs who have an account with NAB's CE Registry.

NURSE: The LeadingAge Michigan Educational Foundation is approved as a provider (#0558-001) of nursing continuing professional development by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Seven and one-half (7.50) continuing education contact hours will be awarded to the registered attendee after successful completion of all six sessions.

  • Completion of online evaluation
