DESCRIPTION
This 10-part webinar series focuses on improving outcomes in the three domains of the CMS 5-Star Quality Rating System: Health Inspections, Staffing, and Quality Measures. Participants will gain insight into the calculation and weighting for all three domains. Methods for data analysis and effective plan development to achieve five-star status will be emphasized, along with practical facility application of QAPI elements that can drive your Five-Star Rating.

To receive continuing education credit you must be a registered participant, provide a unique email address during the online registration process and log in via GoToWebinar for each live session.


TARGET AUDIENCE
Nursing Home Administrators, Director of Nursing, Nursing Leadership, Facility Department Managers, RAI Coordinator, QA Director.


CONTINUING EDUCATION
NHA:
Proactive Medical Review will apply to NAB/NCERS for continuing education credit for nursing home administrators. After successful completion of each live webinar, Proactive Medical Review will submit nursing home administrator credit to NAB/NCERS for NHAs who have an account with NAB's CE Registry.

NURSE: The LeadingAge Michigan Educational Foundation is approved as a provider (#0558-001) of nursing continuing professional development by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

One and one-quarter (1.25) continuing education contact hours will be awarded to the registered attendee after successful completion of each live webinar.
