Understanding the symptoms and managing pain can take many forms. This two-hour, live webinar will explore the concept of pain, different perspectives for pain management, and how to effectively help persons in pain.

The webinar will begin at 1:00 pm EST and conclude at 3:00 pm EST.
The webinar will be 2 hours.

This live webinar is offered in real time, including live interaction between participants and presenter.

Nursing Home Administrators, DONs, ADONs, Nurses, Social Workers, any health care professional who needs pain management education for their license renewal or who would benefit from pain and symptom management education.

NURSE: The LeadingAge Michigan Educational Foundation is approved as a provider (#0558-001) of nursing continuing professional development by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This program will award two (2.0) nursing contact hour.

NAB: This program has been approved for Continuing Education for two (2.0) total participant hours by NAB/NCERS—Approval #___________.

SW: This program has been approved by the MI Social Work Continuing Education Collaborative for two (2.0) CE Clock Hours under approval number _______.

In order to receive the continuing education credits for the webinar you must, sign in to GoToMeeting, stay for the entire length of the webinar and complete the follow up survey. Once the survey has been completed you will be emailed your certificate of attendance. Certificates can also be printed upon course and evaluation completion by logging into your profile at
