TARGET AUDIENCE
Administrators, Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Department Heads & Supervisors, any team member involved in managing operations and regulations for their organization.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
NAB: This program has been approved for Continuing Education for six (6.0) total participant hours by NAB/NCERS—Approval #___________.

NURSE: The LeadingAge Michigan Educational Foundation is approved as a provider (#0558-001) of nursing continuing professional development by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This program will award six (6.0) nursing contact hour.

Six (6.0) continuing education contact hours will be awarded for the successful completion.

COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION
In order to receive the continuing education credits for the program you must, sign in at the onsite registration desk, stay for the entire educational activity and complete the follow up survey. Once the survey has been completed you will be emailed your certificate of attendance.
