DESCRIPTION

Today’s world is moving quickly and we are all working tirelessly to manage the changes COVID has brought to the aging services industry. These constant changes can leave members wondering what information is current, what is most relevant and what do they really need to know to adapt and manage their operations.

This live virtual training will be presented by our expert faculty who will share National and State HUD updates, current guidance and how to move forward after COVID-19, rent increases in 202 communities, the new preservation program—RAD for PRAC, the IWISH project and what inspections housing operators should be prepared for. We will also be sharing information about an innovative co-op model and project financing.

Plan to join is if you are involved in management and operations of Assisted Living, Licensed Homes for the Aged, Housing or CCRC care settings. You won’t want to miss this program and the updates you need for your organization’s successful operations.
