Description

2020 has been full of pandemic and regulatory changes for providers. We have been providing weekly updates to address these issues in a timely manner but we know more are on the horizon for the remainder of this year and into 2021. To assist our members, we’ve assembled a team of high-level content experts; professionals who have first-hand knowledge of the impact and challenges the recent and upcoming changes will place on our members.

You won’t want to miss our full-day of updates that include federal certification surveys trends, deficient practices from the certification surveys, the new DPOC remedy, an overview of the new State Licensing Infection Control Section, responding to licensing subpoenas and interview requests, diabetes treatments and protocols, behaviors, depression, social isolation, and mental health complexities related to the pandemic. We will also talk about technology lessons learned, best practices and emergency preparedness for the future.
